In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 1771bet Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using the live casino lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date displayed at the top of this page and supersede all prior versions. 1771bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or promotional terms published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on 1771bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

1771bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not guarantee permanent access to the Platform, which remains subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

As a registered Player on 1771bet, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your Account:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 1771bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Prompt Notification: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team at support@1771bet immediately. 1771bet will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
• Accurate Personal Information: You must ensure that the personal information held on your Account is accurate and current at all times. Any change to your name, address, phone number, or payment method must be reported to support promptly.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 1771bet. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.
• No Account Transfer: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any balance within it to another person.
• KYC Compliance: You must complete the KYC verification process when requested. KYC may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any time during the operation of your Account. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All financial transactions on 1771bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmed payment. If a deposit is not reflected after 15 minutes, contact support with proof of transaction.
• 1771bet does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 1771bet accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via card may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. 1771bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method.
• 1771bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, AML (anti-money laundering) reviews, or outstanding KYC requirements. Players will be informed of any such hold within 48 hours.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the 1771bet Platform, including sports betting, cricket markets, politics betting, bingo, and casino games. Specific game rules for individual products (e.g., BPL cricket markets, live casino table rules) are available within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 1771bet reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and player account status. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market on the Platform.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the specified settlement period; an obvious pricing error has occurred; or the bet was placed on a suspended market due to a technical fault. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Wallet at the original stake amount.
• Settlement: All markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the Election Commission for politics markets). In-play markets are settled on the final result unless specific rules state otherwise.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity. 1771bet accepts no liability for bets placed during a period of delayed data feed. If a significant delay is detected, in-play markets may be temporarily suspended.
• Cashing Out: Cash-out functionality is available on selected cricket and sports markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and is subject to change up to the moment of confirmation. Once a cash-out is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reversed.

1771bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and hold an active, verified Account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible to receive bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). • Bonus Abuse: 1771bet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus arbing"); or systematically withdrawing immediately after meeting the minimum wagering threshold. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and derived winnings forfeited and may face account suspension.

If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we urge players to make use of the tools and support resources available on the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in BDT via their account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect player welfare.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them when a playing session has reached a specified duration.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 1771bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where required by law, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, including under false names, aliases, or using another person's identity or documents.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds pricing or game mechanics to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, bingo rooms, or sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structured deposits, rapid cycling of funds, or any transaction pattern inconsistent with normal gambling behaviour. 1771bet is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals via your payment provider without first contacting 1771bet support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account closure and recovery proceedings for any misappropriated funds.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward 1771bet support staff or other players via any communication channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1771bet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and software partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from bets placed during periods of technical disruption.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, server outages, or acts outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any inaccuracy in live odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform resulting from third-party data feed errors.
• Any taxation liability arising from your winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1771bet makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform uptime, security, and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Amendments: 1771bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect Player rights), no advance notice is required. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any available balance before the amendment's effective date.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at support@1771bet. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC compliance.

Termination by 1771bet: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a formal request.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a court or regulatory authority requiring us to close the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an Account is closed by 1771bet due to proven misconduct, forfeiture of the Account balance may apply. Players will be informed of the reason for closure by email where legally permissible to do so.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
